I am very pleased with our fence from Quality Fence! They were friendly, were great with communication, and answered all my questions. When I called for an estimate they came out within a couple of days. Rob came out and was very friendly. I showed him where we were wanting to put the fence and what we were wanting it to look like. When we received the quote, he had everything included.
We also chose to have a survey done and was told it was going to be about 3-4 weeks because the company they go with was really busy. However, they had it done within 2 weeks. After that everything went quickly. All the spots were marked from OPPD, Cox, etc. Shortly after that, our posts were being installed. They told us that the posts needed to set for about 7 days and they would be back to finish. They were right on time! 7-8 days later, they were back finishing up. The 2 guys that installed the fence were extremely nice and courteous. They accidentally broke one of our sprinkler heads but came back and replaced it 2 days later. They even had the courtesy to tell us that they broke one before they left for the day.
About a week after everything was done, my husband and I noticed that a couple of the slats were not put in right or something happened to them. I contacted Leigh, their Customer Service Advocate, and she said that they would come back to fix it. It wasn’t even a few days before we noticed that they fixed them! It looks great!
All of my communication with Leigh and Rob was great! The only reason I gave Quality Fence 4 stars, instead of 5, was because Rob called me after the posts where already put in and said that they discontinued the fence we wanted. Our slats are further apart than what we wanted and what our neighbor’s (on both sides of our house) have. We have the same color and style, just not the spacing. It would have been nice to have a little more privacy. Even with that one issue, we are still very pleased!
I will be recommending Quality Fence to my friends and family if ever they are looking for a fence.

O.M.G I love this fence. I got multiple bids and my salesmen came in under the rest. Troy was our installer and let me tell you what, he was fantastic I couldn’t have got a better fence. Quality fence is top notch on fence building and customer service great.
